Visiar HealthCare offers you the opportunity to send us your CV. We collect this data only if you voluntarily send us your CV and fill in any other information. In this way, we can check your details against those of our clients and contact you about this.
When you complete and submit an application form, we collect personal data (as completed and/or mentioned on your CV). This information is stored directly in our database, remains confidential and only our internal staff have access to it. The internal consultants will check your data against those of clients and notify you accordingly. We will only share personal data with clients with your explicit consent.
If you are employed by Visiar HealthCare, your personal data will only be shared with the Accountancy Office, the Occupational Health and Safety Service and the Tax Office, as required by law.
Your personal data will be kept on Visiar HealthCare's database for up to one year. After this, permission will again be sought whether we may keep your data for another year for a possible match with clients, or whether your data will be anonymised or deleted.
