Joeri likes to see his colleagues grow
Joeri has been involved in building Visiar HealthCare from day one. He switched from a large EHR software company to a small startup. 'Together with Arijan, I embarked on the adventure of making Visiar HealthCare a success. That pioneering, that entrepreneurship was new to me but it felt right from the start. We are growing fast and we will continue to do so. What I like best is that we are expanding our team with enthusiastic professionals who go through fire for each other.'
Helping colleagues
The great thing about Joeri is that the concept of care is really in his DNA. 'I could have become team leader at my previous employer, but the interpretation didn't really suit me. And I wanted more room to develop myself. When I took the opportunity to start Arijan Visiar HealthCare, it immediately felt a lot better. I noticed that I am focused on other people and that I enjoy helping colleagues and seeing them grow.'

'I work for clients as well as helping our team, which is the ideal mix for me. That feet-in-the-clay mentality suits me. Visiar HealthCare's success is determined by our people.
